The Role

As the Finance Business Partner, you will predominantly work with our Operations & Logistics teams supporting our entire supply chain. This is a new role to support growth, our global manufacturing strategy and help navigate a changing world of tariffs! We are looking for a high potential individual to grow with Tangle Teezer, so expect plenty of opportunity for personal & professional growth in this role!

In this role you’ll get to:

• Own cost forecasts across our Supply Chain, leading monthly budget meetings.

• Provide analysis that impacts our Global Manufacturing Strategy.

• Model changing tariffs and their cost impacts.

• Own inventory forecasting.

• Shape our Power BI Ops reporting dashboard, with support from our Junior Data Analyst.

• Improve volume vs cost variance analysis.

• Develop project reporting to ensure key cost-saving initiatives are on track.

• Other ad hoc requests as required.

What we are looking for in you:

• Part-qualified accountant (Intermediate/Finalist - CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Finance role - Commercial Finance experience desirable but not essential.

• Confident Excel user, Power BI experience would be a bonus.

• Analytical, curious and desire to understand whys not just numbers.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Proactive, positive and can-do attitude.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines.
