About this Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with the Technology function within VOIS. The individual will be accountable for financial performance, cost and revenue management, pricing, and providing trusted advice to support decision-making. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present financial insights in a clear and user-friendly manner.
What you will do
- Engage with business partners to acquire budget forecasts and review headcount, OPEX, volumes, and revenues for budget cycles.
- Ensure budgeted OPEX aligns with actual expenditure and analyse cost drivers for growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and audit business expenditure, conversion rates, and FTE overheads to ensure compliance with budget.
- Act as a bridge between finance and business operations, interpreting data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making through commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
- Apply problem-solving and conflict resolution skills while managing ambiguity and risk.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance roles.
- Strong technical skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with financial and commercial thinking.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and across cultures.
