    Job Description

Business and Enterprise Internship – HR People Analytics

    Duration: 6 months
Working pattern: Minimum 20 hours per week
    Salary: 40PLN/Hour
    Location: Krakow/ Cracow

At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Our Internship programmes are designed to help you build your career from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. That's Infinite Potential.

    Role overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of our business, from HR, Finance Procurement and more. On a 6-month internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand.

This internship will give you practical experience in a global business and the opportunity to contribute to real reporting and data-quality activities while developing your technical and professional skills. You will see how high-quality data provides the foundation for effective AI deployment.

    What you’ll be doing:

With support from experienced colleagues and a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you will develop practical skills in HR reporting, data analysis and visualisation.

    • Supporting the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Workday
    • Assisting with preparing HR dashboards and basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
    • Helping produce clear, accurate and customer-friendly HR reports
    • Working with colleagues across the organisation to gather and validate data inputs
    • Responding to customer queries with guidance from the team
    • Contributing ideas to improve reporting processes and data quality
    • Supporting data storytelling and prepare slide decks for customers

    Who we’re looking for:

    • A current university student or recent graduate in Business, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources or a related discipline
    • An interest in data analysis, reporting and HR data; previous professional experience is not required
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an interest in developing skills in Power BI and Workday
    • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn how to work with data accurately
    • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach
    • English language skills at B2 level or above
    • Any exposure to HR data, data visualisation, ServiceNow or similar tools would be an advantage, but is not essential

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

    What we offer:

    • Hands-on experience in HR reporting, data analysis and data visualisation
    • Opportunities to develop practical skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Workday
    • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
    • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
    • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow, and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
