About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Customer Service Director. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s office, enabling effective use of time and supporting high standards of service delivery across the Customer Service function.
You will take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, including managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and logistics, and ensuring the seamless organisation of meetings and events. Acting as a central point of contact, you will oversee incoming correspondence, resolve queries where appropriate, and ensure efficient communication flow.
The role also involves planning and coordinating key meetings and events, including budget oversight, venue management and stakeholder liaison, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees.
In addition, you will support activity relating to Board and Committee meetings, including coordinating travel and accommodation for Non-Executive Directors and assisting with meeting logistics. Building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders will be key to your success.
You will also play an important role in maintaining secure and compliant filing systems, supporting onboarding and induction activities, and providing wider PA support across the executive team as needed.
About you
You will bring proven experience of providing PA support at Director level, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
You will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work independently, using sound judgement and initiative. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- The ability to manage complex schedules and competing demands
- Experience of organising events and managing logistics
- Experience of preparing high quality documents, presentations and meeting materials
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
