Graduate Schemes: NFU Mutual’s graduate schemes provide structured development, real responsibility, on-the-job learning and professional qualifications. Graduates work on meaningful projects, receive mentoring and build the technical and professional skills needed to progress within the organisation.

Internships: Our 8-week internship programmes are a great way to learn how insurance business operates , work across the business and get involved in project work that will make a positive impact.

Apprenticeships: NFU Mutual apprenticeships provide an alternative route into professional careers by combining paid work with structured learning. Open to people from a variety of backgrounds and life stages, apprenticeships allow individuals to gain recognised qualifications while building real-world experience in areas such as technology, customer service and business operations.
