How you will contribute

You will:

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to records management, meeting management, general document preparation, general administration and correspondence.

  • Act as liaison and represents the two transformation strategic Directors (Global People Lead- SAP Transformation and Global Talent Acquisition Project Lead) and with other departments, facilitates communication with the leadership team, key staff, Mondelez Business and Mondelez Digital Services employees.

  • Prepare professional business communication documents.

  • Schedule and/ or facilitate key external and internal meetings as directed by transformation strategic directors.

  • Represent the transformation strategic Directors with the highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism.

  • Provide meeting management support by coordinating meeting logistics for internal and external meetings, ensures all resources are prepared for meetings (room, AV, presenters, agenda, materials, on-line coordination etc.)

  • Serve as point of contact, handling all pre-meeting, on-line, onsite and day of meeting inquires and requirements.

  • Generate & interpret reports, providing insights as requested.

  • Manage department (project) specific data.

  • Oversee special projects, in support of continuous improvement initiative.

  • Participate in project teams and specific support activities as identified.

  • Develop and build on relationships with key project stakeholders for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations.

  • Ability to receive general instructions and guidance regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment to identify solutions.

  • Supports project management efforts by documenting outlined deliverables, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication throughout the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HR support and project experience is required

  • 5 or more years of Human Resources support and Analytics experience

  • Skillful execution of HR administrative, project and analytics activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process

  • Experience in a multinational company is ideal

  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills

  • Project Coordination experience needed at an intermediate complexity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to make decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances and priorities in a focused and timely manner

  • Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures

  • Able to work successfully in a diverse and global team environment

  • Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities, project management, and meeting coordination

  • Strong teamwork skills and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others

  • Strong relationship management skills and an ability to build a personal network throughout the company

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,700 to $122,600; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and several others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
