We are looking for a P&O Solutions Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management.

This is a global role that provides leadership, project management, and technical expertise in support of Workday Cross Discipline initiatives to maximize technology solutions for the Core HCM team and beyond.

The role will participate in early project development including deployment of new HR systems connected to Workday, Workday modules, and custom solutions.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have strong business process architect experience gathering requirements, designing, delivering, and supporting business transformation using Workday and bolt on solutions in multiple areas of Workday with a focus on core and cross domain expertise. They will have proven subject matter expertise and driven decision making related to the functional solutions, understanding its impact to other areas of the application.

  • 8+ years of proven leadership experience with HR technology solution design

  • Dedicated global Workday expertise required

  • Past completion of multiple Workday certifications preferred

  • Stronger people leader who can collaborate, in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers/ project teams

  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of core HCM systems with broad tech experience across RPA, Service Now and other HR Technology

  • Proven track record managing projects and getting things done effectively and efficiently

  • Participation in Workday implementation projects preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Innovative Leader in HR technology that manages a progressive agenda including leveraging existing technologies while adopting new digital HR technologies to enhance customer experience.

  • Leads and develops the HR technology function.

  • Enables the technology ecosystem by focusing on global consistency, compliance, scalability and data accuracy.

  • Provides guidance globally for Global HR solutions and works closely with IT / vendor to ensure continuity and improvement of services to HR and the business.

  • Identifies and supports effective continuous improvement approach and implement change communication mechanisms with appropriate compliance.

  • Act as communicator and innovative voice to stakeholders, providing concise translations of technical requirements to non-technical teams
