Localisation: Aimargues (30 minutes from montpellier) or Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg) or Slough (United Kingdom)

Type of contract: permanent contract

This role is a SAP P2P Functional Analyst (S/4 HANA) capabilities integration into the SAP S/4 Petcare Digital Core. The role will consist of building internal expertise in SAP S/4 and in deeply collaborating with Royal Canin / Pet Nutrition business expert, Petcare DT teams and the Petcare System Integrator.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (IT/DT Degree preferred)
  • 3+ years’ Experience in SAP ERP platform (ideally linked to purchase to pay processes)
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curious and capable to research and rapidly learn new technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Master local and global Royal Canin and Pet Nutrition process complexities in the E2E purchase to pay/Direct Buying area.

  • Build technical SAP S4 expertise.

  • Collaborate extensively with Petcare Business and BTO teams to ensure RC/ Pet Nutrition priority use cases, targets, and key performance indicators are considered in the design of Enterprise capabilities.

  • Collaborate extensively with other functional teams of the program to:

1) Understand their functional needs in the area

2) Share what is required from them to comply with Enterprise objectives and overall legislation around Direct Buying

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, GDO and any other Mars DT team that need to be involved on the design and build discussion.

  • If necessary, involve SAP experts in the discussion to ensure we get the best from the solution we will design.

  • Work closely with the ERP solution architect to ensure the design and delivery are fit for purpose and the system integrator deliverables follow the expectations.

  • Translate business processes into technical configuration making sure these are properly documented.

  • In a second phase, be involved in SAP S/4 deployment in different markets. Drive standard implementation at Pilot level. Provide expertise to the deployment team.

  • Scenario design and documentation for BTP / S4 Technical team & Integration Teams (documenting data flows and/or necessary customizations)
