At Mondelēz International, we're seeking a dynamic People Experience Lead for the UK & Ireland to be at the heart of our employee journey for both white as well as blue collars.
As our People Experience Lead for the UK & Ireland, you will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional end-to-end Operational HR service across the business unit. You will act as the crucial link between our business leaders, People Leads and our shared services center (SSC), continuously championing the employee experience, implementing digital and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and ensuring that our HR solutions meet specific local needs. This role is about building strong relationships, driving strategic implementation, and fostering an environment where our people can thrive.
How you will contribute
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
Ensure the global vision and identity of People Services are effectively tailored and implemented to meet the specific needs of our UK & Ireland business unit.
Collaborate closely with business unit stakeholders to align People Services strategy with people agenda & business objectives driving its successful execution.
Provide expert guidance, leadership, and direction to a team of People Experience Advisors and other workstreams as required, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Act as key account manager across People Services domains (e.g. Employee & People Experience, Rewards, Payroll, Capability Building) and contribute to European projects as part of the European People Services Leadership Team.
Operational Excellence & Delivery though Teamwork & Collaboration:
Be accountable for the end-to-end HR service delivery for the UK & Ireland business unit, acting as the primary interface with our shared services centre.
Lead local BU Squads, including People Experience Advisors, Talent Acquisition, Work & Life and other PS workstreams to ensure efficient and effective HR support.
Serve as a key point of escalation for the UK & Ireland People Leadership Team on critical Operational HR matters.
Leverage deep business unit knowledge to inform and apply specific HR requirements in service delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive the application of our service delivery model and end-to-end process framework, championing continuous improvement through benchmarking and data-driven insights.
Foster an employee-driven culture by continuously seeking ways to enhance the employee experience and optimize HR service delivery with a focus on digitalisation & innovation.

What you will bring

Demonstrable experience in leading end-to-end HR service delivery within a complex, multinational environment.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of guiding, developing, and motivating teams/squads.
Expertise in translating HR strategy into operational execution, with a focus on delivering tangible business impact.
Having high affinity with the newest HR tech stack and being able to translate a digital employee experience agenda into experience.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building robust relationships across all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of HR operating models and best practices, including SSC interactions, and a commitment to promoting self-service including for deskless employees.
A proactive mindset with a proven ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes.
Desirable:
Experience working with a HR role touching Commercial and/or Manufacturing (MSC) environments within a UK or Ireland Business Unit.
Knowledge of UK specific People Policies and Procedures inc. Employee Relations related.
Experience with HR technology and digital solutions to enhance employee experience and efficiency.
Prior experience in a similar People Experience or People Leadership (market/business partner) role within a large-scale organization.
