Job Title – Digital Innovation Manager

How you will contribute

We are looking for a Digital Innovation Manager to join the European arm of the global innovation hub with a focus on new gen technology like Extended Reality, No Code Low Code, Blockchain, Natural Language Processing capabilities and any other future tech that may arise for the enterprise. As a Digital Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives within our European organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance business processes, products, and services. Leveraging your expertise in emerging technologies and market trends, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategies to drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities: -

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert supporting the broader range of digital emerging specialisms, managing the innovation lifecycle from concept and deployment to scale assessment and proposal.
  • Bring broad spectrum Digital / Emerging Technology understanding (with specific expertise in Extended Reality, Blockchain, No Code Low Code, Drones, Digital Twin and Natural Language Processing experience desired).
  • Inspire and engage a wide range and different levels of functional stakeholders, linking technology solutions to business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities, pilot projects, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of new technologies.
  • Liaise with the architecture group to make decisions on these next gen solutions, understanding business requirements and drivers.
  • Operate in alignment to the already defined frameworks and support their evolution.
  • Lead internal and external initiatives work with vendors (or developers) by providing precise requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate and articulate the business impact of the latest dynamic developments in Extended reality, NCLC, NLP, Blockchain and align to the strategic and tactical use-cases and requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new gen technologies, and best practices, providing recommendations and insights to senior management on potential areas for digital transformation.

Required Experience/Qualifications/Skills: -

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Good proven experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of new gen technologies, including NLP, No Code Low Code, and Blockchain, Digital Twin and their application in driving business innovation.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives, with a focus on process improvement, customer experience, and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify emerging trends, assess market opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.
  • Technical and business acumen to evaluate opportunities with internal and external partners
  • Familiarity with the fast-moving consumer goods or related sector.
  • Being passionate to work as part of a next generation product.
  • Ability to look at the big picture.

This role could be based out of either our Bournville (Birmingham) or our Uxbridge office.
