As we move closer to the date, we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. • You will ensure effective selection and delivery of digital solutions within the Procurement Agility Transformation agenda in accordance with recognized best practice of program management.
  • You will be responsible for budget management, planning and status reporting, scope control, change management, and people leadership, amongst other dimensions.
  • You will co-lead with Procurement Agility Transformation director and pillar owners as part of a multi-pillar global transformation program, partnering extensively with functional and digital leaders (VP and Director level) and collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams.
  • You will directly manage 3rd party System Integrator (SI) & technology partners, including contracting, supervisory, and deliverables signoff.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have extensive experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology or Business and equivalent experience.
  • You will have experience managing complex IT programs and capabilities with proven business partnering abilities while keeping in mind broader strategy/goals.
  • You will have excellent project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries and proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
  • You will have implemented New technologies, preferably with a continuous improvement and development opportunities history.
