This role will provide organisational and collaboration support to the Central Region Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and central digital team and the wider network for information sharing throughout every level of Mott MacDonald focusing on our platinum client problem statements and needs.

The role will report directly to the CDO and will require a broad and flexible range of organisational and interpersonal skills to reach out into the business to collect and create content to share digital successes and client problem statements, organise internal and key client incubator events and support and empower all digital innovators within the central region.

This role will offer an exciting journey to build a leading-edge Digital organisation at Mott MacDonald, optimising and leveraging the latest technology and digital processes.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Organise and facilitate Central Digital team major project digital accelerators aligning with agreed digital strategy and metrics.
  • Own and update the Central Digital content (central input into group toolbox), features, innovations, high value technology and case studies on a monthly basis.
  • Review all digital innovations in workload management system, make contact with innovators and encourage collaborative sharing across regions.
  • Work with the adoption team to create a bank of digital pilot success stories and lessons learnt.
  • Be single point of contact with Key account leads (KAL) to identify digital requirements of all platinum clients and organise client technology showcases in collaboration with KALs
  • Be the main point of contact with MM communications team to share good news stories, strategy updates and what’s coming next.
  • Act as a key interface (point of contact between) the CDO, the digital workstream leads, key account leads and the Mott MacDonald communications teams.

Candidate Specification
Essential

  • The role holder will ideally have experience of digital transformation business support roles working with staff at multiple levels, including senior management, with a track record of planning and implementing technology innovation, digital challenges and technology showcase events.
  • The role holder must have excellent communication skills combined with high levels of organisation to provide support to the digital team as we capture the hearts and minds of our teams and accelerate the adoption of digital technologies.
  • The role holder must also have the ability to reach out into our businesses, talk to staff, uncover good news stories and create content to celebrate our successes ideally through assisted learning and social sharing platforms.
  • The role holder should have experience of producing high quality reports, presentations and basic graphic designs.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and tech but also need to be interested / keen / passionate and willing to learn.
  • A Sense of humour, positive demeanour, creative, imaginative & persuasive
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
