The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team within Petcare is responsible for designing, developing & rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions & divisions globally and helping our brands accelerate organic growth.
We are looking for a skilled, highly motivated, and proactive CDO Chief of Staff to join our team. The Chief of Staff/Strategy & Operations (CDO) plays a crucial role in our organization and is accountable for developing our digital strategy and driving operational excellence across our digital products and platforms. This role is instrumental in providing strategic support to the CDO and in collaborating with senior leaders across the organization and divisions to align priorities, develop roadmaps and business cases, and ensure our digital function operates effectively and efficiently to deliver exceptional value to the organization and pet parents alike.
What are we looking for?
Experience in developing and executing digital strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, preferably in a consulting environment or for large, complex organizations.
Strong analytical skills and experience performing data analyses to inform strategic recommendations, with a track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
Experience with digital operating models, scaled agile methodologies, and driving implementation across an organization
Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting on transformation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Influencing and collaborating closely with executive leadership roles to drive performance improvement and change management topics, specifically within large organizations (preferably complex, multinational companies).
Experience in a client-facing role at a top-tier consulting firm is a nice to have but not a requirement.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead digital strategy development in close collaboration with business leaders across the company
Drive data analysis to develop strategic recommendations, including proof-of-concept (PoC) development
Define the overall CDO budget envelope, including split by CDO area, and overseeing each area as they develop their own budget
Support the CDO in preparing strategic content required for key updates/forums, including Senior Leadership Forum
Track and report on CDO transformation KPIs in close collaboration with CDO Leads
Oversee strategic prioritization of key features / use cases (including backlog) with CDO Leads
Define the operation of the Digital function, and working closely with the PMO in execution across divisions (e.g., driving product-led agile methodology in the organization at scale)
Articulate and sequence change management needs and driving communication efforts to anchor the in the organization
Act as a strategic thought partner on digital strategy for the whole of GDP
