We are looking for an exceptional Content Creator Executive to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a junior photographer/videographer with a flair for creative, digital-first social content! You’ll need a strong eye for product imagery and understand how to create high-quality visual content to facilitate digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for producing a mixture of lo and hi-fi content for our brand. You’ll be an adaptable, hands-on creative who is as comfortable shooting through professional cameras and shooting by phone to create compelling and cohesive work.

Ideally you will have have worked or studied in a similar background. You will be used to creating high performing short form video-first content across a number of channels, including paid social. An understanding of channel trends and strategies for creating content that leads to conversion is beneficial.

The successful candidate will be a key part of a small in-house team working closely our digital team, our influencer marketing and our photography/videography output. They will be managed by our Content Production Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute creative briefs by shooting and editing high-quality product photography and videography
  • Ensure all content meets platform requirements and brand guidelines
  • Support with shoot planning, mood boards, and shot lists
  • Manage lighting, set styling, filming setup, and breakdown for internal shoots
  • Assist on larger productions with coordination and administrative support when required
  • Organise and maintain our content library, ensuring assets are properly named, stored, and quality checked
  • Adapt selected assets for social and digital marketing use where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a brand, studio, or creative agency,
  • Strong product photography and videography skills
  • Solid understanding of lighting for studio and lifestyle setups
  • Confidence shooting with professional cameras and phone to create lofI content suitable for social needs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of visual quality
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic retouching and colour grading skills
  • Open to recent graduates with strong photography skills and proven ability to create engaging content.
