Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at One Stop, you�ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life. You�ll work closely with our Customer team to create highly engaging content across multiple channels from pointofsale materials and printed marketing assets to digital campaigns, social media graphics and web banners.

In this role, you�ll take creative briefs and turn them into visually impactful designs that are fully aligned with our brand guidelines. You�ll also have the opportunity to support photography and videography projects, attending store events and capturing content that helps tell our story.

You�ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, building strong working relationships and ensuring every asset you produce is accurate, highquality and delivered on time. With excellent attention to detail, you�ll prepare printready artwork, develop creative solutions and contribute to cohesive, visually compelling marketing campaigns.

  • I work alongside the Customer team in a designing and producing highly engaging content across channels such as POS to digital to social media.
  • I ensure that all marketing collateral adheres to our brand guidelines.�
  • I take briefs and turn them into relevant marketing assets.�
  • My day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to: Designing for web: banners for website, social media and email Designing for print: point of sale graphics, direct mails, print adverts Photography & videography: Using our technical equipment to attend store events and supporting with internal projects.�
  • I create new ideas and solutions to produce visually cohesive messages for marketing campaigns and activities over a range of media.�
  • I develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders in multiple departments and am a great communicator and collaborator.�
  • I have great attention to detail and can prepare assets of high resolution into print ready files.�
  • I ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Technical Skills

  • Experience in Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign�
  • Experience with videography & editing software including Premier Pro and After Effects�
  • Ability to manage own workload with numerous projects at one time�
  • Comfortable working to deadlines�
  • Great attention to detail�
  • Copy writing ability not essential but desired skill

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design degree or similar qualification�
  • Photoshop/InDesign/ Illustrator/Affeter Effects / Premier Pro�
  • Ideally a marketing creative agency background
