The Change Administrator will contribute to this vision by meeting the Change Control requirements of the business and assisting Procurement in Supplier OTIF requirements. The Change Administrator reports into the Procurement & Packaging Change Manager

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Co-ordination of all changes through the Packaging Change Control process, ensuring that actions and tasks are in place to ensure that all artwork changes are GMP compliant.
  • Chairing the Bi-weekly Packaging Change Control meetings
  • Project managing artwork changes relating to the Contract & Export customer base
  • Project managing artwork changes relating to the Private Label customer base
  • Customer communication relating to artwork changes for both Contract & Export and Private Label customer base
  • Coordination of all changes through the Raw Material Change process ensuring that actions and tasks are completed in line with production schedules/production requirements
  • Coordination of all changes through the Change Control process, liaising with QA to ensure the changes are tracked correctly.
  • Management of delist process, ensuring that the relevant data is updated sequentially
  • Working with the Project Management process to manage changes of Packaging (PCC), Raw Materials (RMCC) and delist process, ensuring all projects are delivered on time
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing and R&D to support through Change Control processes for the development and implementation of new products or marketing campaigns
  • Reporting of project status throughout the four change processes to department heads/process owners
  • Creation of part master data for Packaging and Raw Material parts
  • Delivery management for Packaging and Raw Materials through the SOTIF process and coordination of supplier updates on supply

  • This is a Maternity cover. We offer a fixed-term contract for 12 months starting on June 1st.

Ltd is a legal entity of Mondelez International which manufactures and supplies a range if branded, private label and contract manufactured healthcare products in confectrionery format to the UK grocery and pharmacy sector and a range of contract and export customers and markets the branded range to UK consumers, fully responsible for brand equity, product quality, communications, pricing, promotions. Governed by UK MHRA licencing, UK food and UK and EU food supplement regulations. Cross functional interface with Procurment, Marketing, Project Management, R&D, Packaging Change, Raw Material Change, Change Control, Goods In.
