As an Analytical Lead, you’ll help advertisers in the UK market solve critical business challenges using insights, acting as a trusted advisor leading to client partnerships and campaign performance. You’ll blend deep analytical expertise, modern data‑handling skills, and sharp visualisation techniques to diagnose opportunities, shape strategy, and guide clients toward smarter investments while working at the frontline of AI‑powered analytics, piloting new tools and models, design future‑ready workflows, and help define what world‑class measurement looks like in an AI‑driven industry

Responsibilities

  • You will leverage deep client insights and industry knowledge, proactively anticipating business questions and identifying opportunities to provide enhanced or automated solutions to respond appropriately.
  • You will work across multiple data sources to assess data requirements, evaluate sufficiency and quality, integrate datasets using the right statistical methods, and select the most appropriate analytical tools and techniques to answer complex business questions—guiding others on best‑practice approaches along the way.
  • You will develop internal and client-facing presentations that effectively convey analyses through reports, data visualizations, self-service platforms, key performance metrics, and talking points that highlight relevant insights.
  • You will proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to identify and act on opportunities to leverage resources and solutions that have been instrumental to success in similar contexts, consulting across industry verticals and client teams on decisions related to analyses and their interpretation.
  • You will identify, promote, and implement methods that can create systematic efficiency in core work related to analytics and reporting, ensuring they are reusable, readily discoverable by decision makers, self-service, and directed to meaningful interpretation of data that drives business decisions.
  • You will experiment with and operationalize new AI and automation capabilities, piloting models, testing workflows, and driving adoption of intelligent tools that enhance insight quality and team efficiency while championing responsible AI usage in analytics.
  • You will maintain expertise in data privacy and governance rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, engineering, computer science, marketing, business, data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, business and financial analysis, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
  • English Fluency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, engineering, computer science, marketing, business, data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, business and financial analysis, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
  • Experience in a partner or account management/client service/client-facing role
  • Experience in digital media, data analysis, and data management
  • Experience in the advertising, digital marketing, or media industry (or closely related domains), with a solid understanding of how data and analytics drive campaign performance and client outcomes.
