The role includes managing efficient projects with a strong analytical component, focusing on identifying improvement opportunities and driving process optimization:
Support squad(s) and generate insights by supporting fact-based decisionmaking using business data.
Implementing and managing data exploration flows with a view to provide KPIs, metrics, trends and visual (digital) storyboards using a variety of technologies and analytical techniques.
Working with the proposition, pricing leads, product owners and operational teams to target areas of opportunity or improvement and maximize business value.
What you’ll do
Lead the squad’s analytics strategy, driving efficiency initiatives, process optimization and KPIbased performance monitoring.
Build impactful dashboards and data exploration flows, delivering clear KPIs, trends and insights that support decisionmaking and highlight improvement opportunities across teams.
Perform deepdive analyses and respond to adhoc business questions, generating actionable insights on strategy, product offerings, campaign performance and customer behavior.
Who you are
- Master in Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and problem solver.
- Experience working cross-functionally, especially in strategic projects, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Telecommunications Business knowledge & experience, especially in Marketing or Finance.
