At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist, you will play a central role in advancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping KPI Measurement Frameworks for AI Initiatives

  • Delivering Deep‑Dive Analytics and Insight Generation
Conduct in‑depth analyses based on key business questions, existing KPIs and defined success criteria. Translate complex data into clear insights, observations and actionable recommendations that support continuous optimization and inform leadership decision‑making.
  • Developing and Enhancing KPI Monitoring Capabilities
Participate in the creation and ongoing improvement of KPI monitoring capabilities and dashboards used by executive leadership. Ensure monitoring solutions are effective, scalable and business‑ready, focusing on impact rather than pure “dashboarding” activities.
  • Collaborating Across Practices to Deliver Holistic Analytics Solutions
Work closely with UX teams, solution architects, delivery excellence, QA, and other expert groups to ensure that analytical solutions are designed with a holistic understanding of business context, user needs and technical constraints. Leverage UX research and cross‑functional input to shape robust, user‑centric analytical deliverables.

What you bring:

  • Comfortable working across teams and reporting lines to drive alignment

Customer Experience & Optimization:

  • Solid understanding of CX principles and digital user behavior
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI and collaboration with design teams
  • Strong focus on optimization to improve engagement and reduce frictionInterest and vision in how AI can enhance CX, UX, and analytics

Digital Analytics & Tools:

  • Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and digital data landscapes
  • Familiarity with tag management and system integrations
  • Strong curiosity for new analytics tools and AI-driven solutions

Data Analysis & Compliance:

  • Strong behavioral analytics and data visualization skills
  • Experience with journey mapping, experimentation (A/B testing), and statistical analysis

About the team:

The team operates within the Customer & Partner organization of SAP's IT organization. We drive internal Business Architecture and Journey Management by translating complex business needs into clear, data-driven, end‑to‑end journey blueprints. We define interactions, governance touchpoints, and value flows, ensuring coherent human and agentic AI experiences. By structuring journeys and capabilities, we enable scalable outcomes, consistent standards, and strategic alignment across products and value streams.
