💷 £27,500– £28,600 Pro rata, DOE

💼 The Role

Support invoice and spend management, New Product Development (NPD) activities, and customer administration. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations through strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills

Working with account teams and sales planners to support creation of a robust promotional forecast. Review and analyse EPOS to make recommendations for future forecast and input forecast changes into promotional planning system.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.

• A structured, proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Own transport is essential due to location

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing and spend administration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
• Provide general administrative support to customer-facing teams, ensuring the timely completion of requests and effective stakeholder communication.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support business operations and decision-making.
• Prepare and analyse data using Excel and other business systems to provide insights and support operational activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
