You will analyse the weekly forecast by brand and stock keeping unit (SKU) to deliver end to end fulfilment. You will coordinate, challenge and influence the forecast with input from Sales, Marketing and other business partners to optimise service and keep waste to a minimum. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan to ensure stock balancing across the network in readiness for seasonal uplift in volumes. Finally, you support in validating the detailed demand plan by SKU and adjust it based on feedback from Supply Planners or Commercial teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Manage availability of your portfolio ensuring daily fulfilment of deliveries.
• Accountable for medium scale category management and proactive product allocations management.

• Consult with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIS.

• Support the forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and aligning the long-term forecast ahead of seasonal activity.

• Create statistical models to generate forward stock cover projections.

• Support project activity to deliver volumes for required key launch dates.

• Perform root-cause analysis for key service issues and share output with appropriate leadership.

• Monitor and reduce risk of aged stock.

What you will bring

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.

• Experience within an IBP/S&OE environment.

• Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan.

• Analytical skills and able to understand and interpret data.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Be empowered to challenge process to find efficiencies.

• Team player who can work with many other functions.

More about this role

***Secondment for 6 months***

Work schedule: hybrid model (3 days form the office, 2 days work from home).
