Key Responsibilities

Senior Business Analysis & Leadership

• Lead complex business analysis initiatives, identifying strategic improvement opportunities and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous or complex business needs into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Own the development of high‑quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed specifications, ensuring traceability and clarity across delivery teams.
• Proactively challenge requirements where necessary, applying critical thinking to balance business value, operational impact, and technical feasibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting decision‑making with insights, data, and scenario analysis.

Logistics & Forwarding Domain Expertise

• Apply deep understanding of global logistics and freight forwarding business models to solution design and prioritization.
• Analyze and optimize end‑to‑end logistics processes, identifying inefficiencies and value‑creation opportunities.
• Maintain strong awareness of logistics data flows, system integrations, and information architecture across platforms.

Strategic Solution & Product Thinking

• Contribute to and influence product and solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long‑term platform and business strategy.
• Champion customer‑centric and outcome‑driven solution design, ensuring usability and scalability.
• Assess the end‑to‑end impact of change across people, process, data, and technology dimensions.

Digital, AI & Continuous Improvement

• Actively embrace continuous self‑learning, staying up to date on digital trends, enterprise platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrate a solid foundation in AI and data‑driven concepts, including automation, intelligent insights, and decision support.
• Effectively use AI‑enabled tools (e.g. generative AI, analytics platforms, low‑code tools) to:
  • Rapidly create prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts
  • Validate business ideas early
  • Improve requirement quality and solution clarity
• Apply Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
