Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in the CargoWise One application and a strong background in the forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in troubleshooting, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to support digital transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure CargoWise One solutions align with operational needs.
• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within CargoWise One, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows across forwarding and logistics functions.
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities, including UAT coordination and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, SAP Finance teams, Infrastructure team and training teams) to ensure seamless adoption of new features and modules.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains by introducing AI tech, RPA and automation through continuous improvements.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and CargoWise One updates to advise stakeholders on strategic improvements.
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise with CargoWise One modules (forwarding, customs, finance, etc.).
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, with exposure in Service Now, JIRA#.
• Solid understanding of forwarding industry processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with directions and be able to collaborate with amid the teams and with other team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and other languages is a MUST
• Understand the Cargowise One Database schema, reports, workflows setup and programming SQL
