About the role

Are you a data enthusiast who thrives on turning complex information into actionable insights? Do you have a passion for driving business growth through innovative data products and analytics solutions?

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the design and manage the delivery of BI solutions, including project oversight.

  • Champion the "one set of numbers" approach to ensure data consistency and alignment.

  • Create and execute a value roadmap to deliver high-impact BI products aligned with business goals.

  • Oversee the specification, development, and global implementation of standardized data and reporting solutions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional BI initiatives with diverse stakeholders across the business.

  • Ensure thorough documentation of BI processes, data assets, and reporting tools.

  • Align, define, and standardize KPIs and reporting across functions and regions.

  • Proactively engage with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement through data analytics.

  • Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution, ensuring smooth delivery of BI projects.

  • Maintain a unified, holistic reporting landscape across product lines and business units.

  • Lead the design of data marts aligned with the core data model to ensure relevance, performance, and timeliness.

  • Translate complex data into insights that influence and improve business decisions

What are we looking for

  • Experience in analytical roles, finance business partnering, or performance management. Background in business intelligence, visual analytics, or data science.

  • Blend of technical skills and business acumen to drive scalable BI product innovation.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

  • Enthusiastic about working with large data sets to uncover insights and solve business challenges.

  • Good to have proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Dataiku DSS, Python, or R.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, econometrics, business engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
