As a Data Scientist, you will utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help optimize processes, forecast future trends, and develop data-driven strategies. You will also be responsible for building predictive models, creating data visualizations, and supporting proactive, data-informed decision-making aligned with the organization’s objectives. Your expertise in data science will play a crucial role in uncovering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement within the Customer Support & Cloud Lifecycle Management (CSUP & CLM) organization.

What you’ll build

  • Analyse and interpret cross-organizational data to uncover trends, patterns and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, time-series forecasting) to predict future trends and outcomes.
  • Create visualizations and generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and effectively communicate findings and trends to business units.
  • Make use of storytelling techniques to prepare engaging presentations to different audiences, particularly senior management and executives.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Continuously enhance data processes, analytical methods, and modelling techniques to optimize decision-making

What you bring:

  • Knowledge of Database, Data Management, SQL, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement KPIs that align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with SAP technologies and platforms.
  • Analytical skills with the ability for abstract thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
