What you’ll do

• Accountable for IT Business Intelligence solutions on Mobile DWH which is developed by both internal and external resources
• Lead team of software developers and data architects who develop and maintain DWH solutions and ETL processes to enable business teams to make data driven decisions
• Build,lead and manage feasibility,design and software development life cycle phases including 3rd party and vendor activities to deliver end to end solution design,technical requirements and solution itself with effective management of processes and in line with aggreed budgets,quality,performance and timescale.
• Lead and manage domain products and services life cycle,determining future opportunities for innovations/change/improvements
• Accountable of scoping,requirements analyses about related projects in Business Intelligence Domain

• Build retain and maintain and grow strong solution delivery team
• Lead the team providing objective setting,mentoring and career development
• Determine the training needs for the division employee
• Encourage the team to remember and to be a part of the company vision and mission
• Build effective relationships both within and outside the department ,seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others.manage conflict to ensure least disruption to organization.
• Communicate clearly,effectively internally and externally with asscociates at all levels
• Analyse business problems,create effective structures as a solution to current problem and potential coming problems,exercise good judgement
• Create new opportunities and innovative solutions by bringing together people with different perspectives and experiences
• Motivates team members to reach department goals
• Participates in projects in line with the needs of the institution,provides technical opinions and evaluations to decision makers,advises managers on building improvement and conducts reserch related to them

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree from Computer engineering,Information System Engineering,Mathematics Engineering or other related engineering departments
• 10+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience on DWH Domain
• In depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle,ETL development and Technologies like ODI,SQL,BI tools
• Has a deep knowledge of software technolgy,development processes,tols and techniques particularly Scrum,Kanban,CI/CD
• Experience in building high performance teams and scalable best engineering practices
• Ability to systematic,disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
• Result oriented,strongly motivated leder with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Very good level of english
