Location: JohannesburgSalary: 370k-460k RAND per year

Purpose:As a Talent Delivery Specialist, you will utilise technology resources and innovative approaches to source top-quality candidates for the portfolios which you are supporting. You will work at pace and precision to support the embedded teams to deliver within agreed hiring SLAs for their clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Instant Impact's desire to deliver the best candidates, quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Securing an effective role brief and creating a bespoke sourcing strategy
• Creating and posting job advertisements across a variety of different platforms
• Utilising technology platforms to source the best talent
• Engaging potential candidates by using a multi-channel approach and head-hunting

Screening & Qualifying

• Qualifying candidates with depth and breadth against role specifications to assess role fit
• Maximising the engagement of suitable candidates by effectively selling the client & role
• Assessing candidate commitment to the process and handling objections and concerns
• Presents a shortlist of qualified and relevant candidates to the embedded team

Service Delivery

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in trackers and ATS
• Planning and prioritising roles to meet and exceed deadlines and SLA agreements
• Providing a world-class experience with candidates and stakeholders
• Proactively providing updates and market/talent intelligence to the embedded team and the wider business

Who are you?

• You are a strong sourcing/delivery specialist with a track record of being able to unearth great candidates for challenging briefs
• You are tech-savvy and skilled at using sourcing platforms and web searching
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are a clear and concise communicator who can deliver a world-class experience, you will have the ability to adapt your style to the different types of candidates you’re working with
• You will be very organised and efficient
• You will be able to manage multiple searches across multiple sectors and roles
• You will have excellent attention to detail, ensuring ATS and trackers are always accurate
• You are an enthusiastic learner who is adept at developing new skills quickly particularly picking up new industries and role types
