Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Karachi

About this role…

Recruiting the best people is at the heart of everything that we do at Flipdish, which is why we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead talent efforts for our Karachi Hub. You will focus predominantly on local talent attraction in Karachi whilst also assisting with our recruitment function more broadly.

In this job, you’ll…

  • Main point of contact for candidates interviewing for the Karachi Hub
  • Work with our Talent Lead to support our global growth efforts with interview scheduling.
  • Establish credible and trusted relationships with the senior leadership team in Karachi to drive best in class talent strategies and deliver results.
  • Work with the marketing team to build out our employer brand in Karachi and proactively use this to build a program that attracts smart, ambitious and curious talent.
  • Become a culture champion in the Karachi office, leading initiatives to improve employee engagement and welfare.
  • Communicate and enforce our organisational values and positively influence our company culture.
  • Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics as requested, providing insights into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with the wider HR function to improve operational efficiencies.

We’re looking for…

  • Previous experience working in a Talent or HR function for an international organisation - prior experience working with international stakeholders is critical.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organised and proven experience working to tight deadlines.
  • High energy and enthused by building a great culture to work in.
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment and team.
  • Confident - we want you to be a voice within the organisation who isn’t afraid to make suggestions.
  • Technical eye - we’re always looking for an opportunity to automate processes and flows.
