Senior Marketing Executive Location: London HQ, near London Bridge Hybrid role: 2 days a week on site Salary: Up to 45k basic plus 10% annual bonus About Instant Impact: Instant Impact is on a mission to become the Talent Solutions & RPO partner of choice for small & mid-sized businesses. We call it Growth here, because it’s not sales, marketing, delivery and customer success working individually, it’s one team working under a common purpose to ‘deliver the sustainable and responsible growth of instant impact’ About this role: We’re going through an exciting growth period at Instant Impact and are looking for a superstar Senior Marketing Executive to help support the Growth team to meet its ambitious targets. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales and Senior Leadership teams to support our demand generation strategy. You’ll be implementing and executing a range of exciting marketing campaigns and initiatives, and even helping a new brand go-to-market.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Marketing Campaign Development and Execution: Create and launch exciting marketing campaigns across email, social media (mainly LinkedIn), ads, and offline channels to engage our audience and hit our goals. Having experience in leveraging intent data providers as part of campaigns, such as 6Sense, is a plus.
• Content Generation: Produce unique and captivating thought leadership and marketing content using our AI tool, collaborating with key team members.
• Website: Manage, enhance, and report on our website.
• Marketing Automation: Be well versed in marketing automation, you will be working with our Revenue Operations Manager to suggest and set up automations across sales outreach and marketing campaigns.
• Reporting: Analyse data and suggest improvements for campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Help promote and run our events, ensuring they’re a success on the day.

• Social Media Savvy: Skilled in Instagram and TikTok for B2B engagement.
• Stakeholder Pro: Confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Marketing Automation: Experience with HubSpot or similar, from the ground up.
• ABM Knowledge: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing is a plus.
