About the the role

Headquartered in the UK, with offices in London, Manchester and Nottingham, we are now expanding our operation to the US. We’re looking for a US Paid Media Manager/Senior Manager based in the US to help us launch and scale our operation.

The Role

We're looking for a US Paid Media Manager/Senior Manager to help accelerate our growth in the US market. Working closely with the UK team, the successful candidate will lead the strategy and activation of our growing portfolio of US-based accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lay the foundations of our new US offering, and help transfer and deliver our existing and unique service proposition to the market. You will have the opportunity to be a key spokesperson of our agency and an influential part of our growth for years to come.

This is a predominantly remote based role, and we are looking for someone on the East Coast time zone, but flexible on location.

Who are you?

* You have an extensive track record of running and growing high-performance, strategic paid media campaigns, across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms (Programmatic would also be a bonus)

* You are an engaging, confident communicator, with experience presenting advanced strategies to senior stakeholders.

*You are a self-starter and know how to prioritise your workload. You work well within a team, listening to others and making decisions as a collective when needed.

*You have line-managed or led a team, with a proven track record of managing multiple individuals’ workloads and helped to develop junior team members into Paid Media experts.

*You have experience in taking ownership of difficult situations and communicating complex challenges with senior external stakeholders.

*You have a wider grasp of the digital marketing mix and can communicate how channels work together to achieve a unified goal.

*You love getting to know different businesses and discovering the role that your campaigns play in achieving their goals.

What will you be doing?

*Directing industry-leading paid media strategy for a diverse portfolio of high-growth and global brands, across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.

*Act as an escalation point and a strategic support for all clients under your management, with responsibility for ensuring the team are delivering on their defined objectives.

*Identifying areas of opportunity across our service offering, helping the business find ways of providing greater value to our clients through product development or process improvements.

*Working closely with our amazing clients, building productive relationships in order to deliver the best performance for their businesses.

*Sharing your wisdom through training and mentoring team members, helping to develop their technical and professional skills.

*Own US Specific new business pitching and support the wider agency with global opportunities, showcasing your expert knowledge to receptive prospects.

*Partner with Impression’s Marketing function to grow the US portfolio. You’ll regularly produce thought leadership content, Network and representing our agency in the US market across online and in-person platforms and functions
