Job Description

Overall, this job is for someone who loves paid media like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and the many other social platforms. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about seeing their clients succeed, enjoys problem solving, and seeks out ways to inspire, foster growth and build genuine partnerships with the team and clients. This exciting role gives you an opportunity to build out the Paid Social department by expanding into new platforms, such as TikTok or Reddit, supported by the Senior Management and Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. As a Paid Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients' campaigns, from
strategy development to execution and optimisation. This includes generating excellent paid media campaign performances for your clients from scratch, creating client reports to demonstrate results, create exceptional Paid Media strategies and deliver outstanding client service. You will manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all paid media-related inquiries, as well as being a go to for executives within the team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience (minimum) in Paid Media - including both PPC and Paid Social.
  • Strong focus on data, with the ability to analyse performance and adjust accordingly.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Good understanding of tracking both PPC and paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present data and ideas in a clear and concise manner, both virtually and in person.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to juggle multiple clients at once.
  • Comfortable working both independently solo on client accounts, but also collaboratively on shared accounts.
