Job Description

Hey! We’re Huel and we’re pleased to meet you! 👋 We're going to start by talking about our exciting new Team Coordinator position on a part time basis of 25 hours per week (ideally 5 hours a day), but if you'd like the quick low down on us first including our growth story then just head to the bottom of this page!

The role

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations team, expertly managing the COO’s calendar and coordinating meetings and travel across multiple time zones. You’ll play a key role in organising impactful operations forums and quarterly meetings, engaging team members in meaningful presentations and discussions.

Your knack for building relationships will shine as you facilitate regular catch-ups with Operations Team Leads, gathering valuable insights to drive our initiatives forward.

You’ll also have the opportunity to create welcoming induction experiences for new starters, support exciting travel arrangements, and organise memorable social events for our team. Plus, your organisational skills will be essential in tackling various administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

What we're looking for in you

We’re looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in fast-paced environments. The ideal individual is highly organised with strong attention to detail, thrives in dynamic settings, and possesses excellent communication skills.

A proactive mindset and adaptability to changing priorities are essential, along with tech-savviness and a collaborative spirit. Creative problem-solving abilities will also be key to enhancing our operations and supporting the team effectively.
