The Opportunity

Step into a vital role in our People and Workplace Experience team as the Workplace Operations Executive for our US team. You'll play a critical part in the daily operations of our New York office, driving a vibrant and engaging culture and elevating the employee experience for both in-office and remote employees across the US.. You'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting stakeholders with their requirements and, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Specifically, You Will:

  • Deliver general business & employee support: you'll serve as the main point of contact for all operational and logistical needs in the NYC Office and with remote employees. You'll respond to incoming inquiries and escalate as needed to bring to resolution in a timely manner. You'll get involved in ad-hoc projects, business admin, partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, C-Suite, SaaS team and initiatives that support and drive our growth

  • Office management: you'll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly at our New York office, managing vendor relationships with maintenance, housekeeping, security, local hotels and caterers. You'll assist with outgoing mail and incoming deliveries, answering phone lines, replenishing stock, meeting and greeting visitors and serving as a first point of contact for our candidates, employees and visitors

  • Events & Culture: you'll coordinate and help organize office events such as team meetings, ERG & DEI initiatives, holiday celebrations, team social and volunteering activities, managing US swag inventory, catering and decorations.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: you'll partner closely with People, Talent & IT teams to ensure a smooth joining & leaving experience for US employees. You'll assist with onboarding new hires, including equipment, coordinating orientation and support

  • Compliance: you'll ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, develop and implement emergency plans and procedures in line with company policy

Salary Information

The base salary range for this role is $64,750 - $70,000
