The role

We are seeking a highly competent finance business partner (CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified, 1-2 years PQE) with commercial finance experience in a dynamic business, ideally within the FMCG sector. 🎖️

The successful candidate will report to the Head of FP&A, playing a critical role in understanding and communicating the drivers of gross margin performance at Huel and working with the business to drive gross margin improvement. 📈

You will be focusing on delivering insight and analysis to support key business decisions around pricing and other gross margin implications, and will use the business knowledge you gain in production of CoGS forecasts. You will support multiple stakeholders in various areas of the business and will be keen to develop your career in a role that is guaranteed to be continually evolving and extremely fast-paced.

What we're looking for in you

  • You will be a CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified with 1-2 years PQE
  • You will have Commercial finance and business partnering experience within the FMCG sector, with good knowledge of concepts such as margin and variance analysis
  • You will be a great communicator and have rocket ship influencing skills🚀
  • You are also hands on and driven, eager to learn and throw yourself into new challenges, with a genuine interest in understanding the business and driving improvements
  • You have good excel skills and ability to build/manipulate complex Excel models
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.📈
  • Being adaptable is key to the role as no 2 days are the same at Huel!
