Hi I'm Nirosha, the Head of Marketing at HowNow 👋🏾 I’m looking for a phenomenal Product and Customer Marketing Manager to join my team.

As the voice of our customer, you’ll drive cross-functional efforts to launch these new products and features that drive HowNow’s market share, and you’ll continue to influence roadmap decisions. You’ll work with Sales, Product management, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to develop positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, sales enablement materials, and acquisition strategies to drive platform adoption.

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩

  • You'll collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Product Management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activations.

  • You'll establish a robust go-to-market process with Marketing and Product Management to ensure successful product alpha and beta programs and launches.

  • You'll advocate for customer needs by engaging with them to gather quantitative and qualitative feedback, maintaining a deep understanding of their problems and needs to inform product development.

  • You'll leverage HR and L&D Tech industry knowledge, product insights, and competitive benchmarking to identify market trends and influence product roadmap decisions.

  • You'll educate and inspire internal teams about HowNow’s products, highlighting value propositions, key differentiators, and supporting the sales process when relevant.

  • You'll coordinate ongoing communications across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product) about updates, launches, customer feedback, and HowNow news with minimal guidance.

  • You'll partner with Customer Success to create content and advocacy programs that drive product value and retention.

  • You'll utilise product and market knowledge to support marketing efforts aimed at increasing awareness, understanding, and adoption of HowNow.

The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑

  • You have 5+ years of demonstrated professional experience in a B2B product marketing or product management role, specifically in the HR/L&DTech industry

  • You have outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and presentation skills

  • You’re a natural communicator who effortlessly crafts simple, powerful and compelling audience specific propositions

  • You have solid project management skills, including planning resources, alignment, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

  • You’re able to think creatively while considering and taking a data-driven analytical approach

💰 Our salaries are calculated using a SaaS benchmarking tool called (Figures). Happy to disclose upon application. You’ll also receive a 10% performance based bonus on top.

  2. A 45 minute call with Nirosha, our Head of Marketing to discuss your experiences and the role in more depth.

  3. A role specific task, delivered to Nirosha, our Head of Marketing, Nelson, our CEO and Co-Founder, Shyam, our Head of Product

  4. You'll meet with the wider team that you'll work with day-to-day to get a better feel for the company culture.
