Deepset is a great place for parents - you get the support and the flexibility you need. It is all about getting your work done / achieving your goals and not at all a culture of 'presence'.

Fully remote and high flexibility in working hours. Plus, the culture is also very much in tune with the flexibility placing high trust in individuals (e.g. people can and do openly communicate when they need flexibility). Great workplace.

Flexible working at deepset

At deepset, we are a tech company with a more human touch. We’ve been a remote-first, flexible company from day one. Does this mean that our team members barely interact? Quite the opposite! From daily stand-up calls to quarterly in-person events, our team members frequently exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and even socialize.

Below are our remote-first work principles:

Principle 1: Core Hours Policy for meetings.

Principle 2: Periodic exchange of Ideas and Feedback Sessions.

Principle 3: Quarterly In-person Team Building and Strategy Sessions.

Why us?

Remote-first: You can choose to work from home or any other workspace that suits you. We offer a home office budget for equipment and furniture, and we would be happy to sponsor a co-working spot.

Connect: We have a virtual office, a monthly social budget to reconnect virtually or in person, regular walk and talks with colleagues from other teams, and a flexible travel policy that enables you to meet colleagues in-person when needed.

Re:base: Once every few months we meet in person. We believe it's great to still see each other occasionally IRL. We have good discussions, we do workshops, we brainstorm, we have lunches together, and we have fun. We cover travel expenses for sure.

You are an owner: We offer every employee the opportunity to be enrolled in the employee stock option plan and own a part of the company.

Personal time off: If you want to recharge and travel the world - there are 27 days of paid holidays.
