Hi I'm Gloria the Content Partnerships Manager at HowNow 👋🏾 I’m looking for an Learning Content Specialist to join us.

As a Learning and Content Specialist, you'll be our very own internal learning content expert. Whether it's answering a question from Sales to help us sell HowNow+, or knowing where the current gaps are in our learning catalogue, you'll be the go-to person.

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩

• You’ll fully understand the HowNow+ offering, content modalities and content provider’s USP’s
• You’ll provide HowNow+ recommendations to support Sales and Customer Success team with prospects and customers
• You’ll be able to map content by gaps, areas covered, localisation, type
• You’ll be able to lead content discovery sessions, finding out customer needs by asking the right questions
• You’ll create new ways and strategies to increase content engagement among customers/ learners
• You’ll manage specific content partnership accounts, ensuring they maximise their content on our platform and they have a beneficial partnership with us
  
• You'll collaborate with content partners in plans and strategies that will benefit both parties, for example marketing activities
• You'll work with our Product and Tech team to make recommendations for our free content library

The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑

• You You have a solid understanding of the Learning and Development ecosystem
• You are up to date with learning trends
• You have some previous experience with learning content, this could be courses, videos, programs, pathways, etc.
• You are comfortable being customer facing with fantastic presentation and demonstration skills
• You are great at finding solutions to make processes more efficient
• You are comfortable managing admin tasks that require a high attention to detail

💰 Our salaries are calculated using a SaaS benchmarking tool called (Figures). Happy to disclose upon application. You’ll also receive a 10% performance based bonus on top.
