Digital Commerce Execution Manager
Function: Off Trade
Location: Remote
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus and benefits listed below.
Contract: Permanent

About the role:
As Digital Commerce Executive, you’ll accelerate HEINEKEN UK’s growth and leadership in the digital commerce channel, one of the fastest-moving and most dynamic areas in FMCG.
You’ll play a key role in delivering our online strategy, supporting pureplay and quick commerce customers such as Amazon, Ocado and Beerwulf, and driving initiatives that strengthen brand presence and performance. Working across teams and with agency partners, you’ll help ensure HEINEKEN becomes the “go-to” partner for online category development in the UK Off Trade.
Some of the role’s key responsibilities include:

Support delivery of key digital commerce strategic pillars and assess their impact, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Partner with the Data Driven Media team to coordinate performance marketing plans and pilot new digital initiatives, including the use of Gen AI.

Assist Customer Managers with promotional execution, customer planning, analysis, and day-to-day management of pureplay and quick commerce accounts.

Develop new ways to enhance brand visibility online, such as advancing our ratings and reviews strategy.

Lead eCommerce media evaluation, ensuring campaigns are measured effectively and learnings drive improved ROI.

Create case studies, support internal team logistics and meetings, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
About you:
You’ll bring solid experience in digital commerce, online marketing or commercial FMCG roles, with the ability to analyse data, generate insights and translate them into actionable plans.
You’re digitally savvy, collaborative, and confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable in fast-moving environments, you’re able to adapt quickly and think creatively to meet the evolving needs of online retail.
You’ll ideally have:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Experience managing customer or agency relationships.

Understanding of online shopper behaviour and digital channel dynamics.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results through collaboration.
