Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the officeTHE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Collaborations and Special Projects Specialist to assist in all activities from the planning to the execution of collaborations and special projects across all NGG brands. You will report to the Head of Collaborations and Special projects and work closely with other departments including marketing, design, merchandising, customer service and logistics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Apertura progetti collab/capsule a B2B per raccolta ordini (apertura progetto a b2b e abilitazione clienti con creazione anagrafica se non esistente)
- Trasmissione dettaglio ordini al Customer
- Tracking tramite team produzione degli arrivi a magazzino di prodotto e comunicazione ai canali commerciali e customer
- Supporto negli accordi logistici nel caso di produzione esterna
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, a master's is a plus
- Fluent in English written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Dynamic with excellent communication skills
- Creative perspective with innovative ideas
- Problem solver with a great eye for detail
- Organized and flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced ever changing international environment
