This can be achieved by moving around your start and finish times, or organising your time in 'blocks,' enabling you to pause during the day and catch up later on.

We have an office in Uttoxeter, but most of our colleagues choose to work remotely or from a co-working space, depending on their preference. We also support work from anywhere so our colleagues can explore the world while they work.

We provide our team with a yearly budget to spend on equipment to work from home, co-working passes or meeting up with colleagues for lunch dates. 

Although we're remote-first, we still believe that there's a place for in-person get-togethers and want our team to feel connected to their colleagues and their work. We get together four times a year to visit our customers, share our successes and plan for the future.
