Attractions.io was founded in 2009 with one goal; to give attraction operators the technology they need to thrive in the digital age. Not because we want guests to spend more time online. But because we believe that technology has the power to create truly immersive guest experiences.
Our founders saw that real-world businesses were struggling to understand how their guests behaved once they stepped foot on site. So they set about making real-world experience data accessible and actionable for the world's best live entertainment and attraction experiences.
Today, Attractions.io’s powerful operator platform and companion mobile apps connect operators to guests at more than 70 attractions, across 4 continents and in 12 languages. We’re trusted by some of the world’s largest entertainment companies, including Merlin Entertainments, Butlin’s and the Kennedy Space Center.

Flexible Hours: We understand that life happens! We all have different, individual needs, and at Attractions.io, we want to enable you to get your work done in a way that works for you. This can be achieved by moving around your start and finish times, or organising your time in 'blocks,' enabling you to pause during the day and catch up later on.
Remote-first: We have an office in Uttoxeter, but most of our colleagues choose to work remotely or from a co-working space, depending on their preference. We also support work from anywhere so our colleagues can explore the world while they work.
Remote work fund: We provide our team with a yearly budget to spend on equipment to work from home, co-working passes or meeting up with colleagues for lunch dates.
Team away days: Although we're remote-first, we still believe that there's a place for in-person get-togethers and want our team to feel connected to their colleagues and their work. We get together four times a year to visit our customers, share our successes and plan for the future.
