As CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and executing campaigns to our customer base as part of the Customer Lifecycle & Retention team. The team’s objective is to generate sustainable and profitable revenue growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing customer base. Team objectives are delivered by delivering targeted customer activities following “Right customers, right content, right time through the right channels”.

In this role you’ll undertake detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources and develop a data driven campaign insight into customers, their behaviours, buying preferences and patterns. You’ll also identify and communicate initiatives via various campaign channels to enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to customers.

About the Role

  • Serving as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools and Campaign management platforms
  • Responsible for designing, building, and delivering below the line campaigns and deliver on the campaign roadmap.
  • Perform pre-campaign data analysis in order to generate customer insights for target groups.
  • Responsible for building complex logical campaign workflows; that drives business goals for managing customers contacts.
  • Creating multi-channel (Email, SMS, Push) marketing campaigns and automated lead nurture workflows
  • Working with campaign planning, Marketing stakeholders and staff to develop and implement campaigns, Customer journeys and channel activations
  • Conducting User acceptance testing while also correcting any issues that arise in campaigns
  • Working collaboratively across marketing teams to provide better, more robust planning around technology
  • Responsible for selection of data compliant with GDPR and adherence to marketing preferences for direct contact with customers.
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams ensuring all campaigns created follows brand objectives and meets campaign KPIs of the team.
  • Providing and understanding marketing technology trends, technology performance and recommend immediate remedial action when required

Your Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience on planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent experience and knowledge on SQL.
  • Good understanding of HTML, AMPscript & SSJS (Serverside Javascript)
  • Basic understanding of API’s (REST & SOAP) & JSON
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be preferred.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MarTech landscape and MarTech Use Cases. An avid marketing full stack communicator
  • Ability to use and understand how to leverage the capabilities of a CRM platform
  • Working experience in creating Campaign ROI reports and KPI dashboards in BI tools
  • Experience handling data, privacy, and regulatory nuances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver with data at core of solution
  • Strong leadership capabilities to own campaigns and execute the strategies.
