Job Description

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex to simple, bringing your ideas to life.
Requirements
You will be a good fit if you have:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and loyalty principles and the end-to-end process for campaign creation
- 5+ years CRM experience, with demonstrated success in a strategic email marketing role, preferably for an e-commerce business or other startups
- Experience building emails and automation using a customer engagement platform, such as Braze
- A track record of demonstrable results through testing and deploying effective campaigns across different channels
- Knowledge of email design and a creative eye
- Excellent working knowledge of scripting (HTML)
- Experience implementing CRM for app
- Technical skills to build email campaigns including understanding segments, triggers and logic building
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Experience using multiple channels (email, SMS, app) to communicate to the customer base with a focus on conversion and retention
- Great attention to detail
- Passionate about the health and wellbeing space
