Job Description

We are looking for mission-driven people who care passionately about positively impacting lives and improving women’s health. You will be excited by change and working in a fast-paced learning environment; building relationships and taking ownership and responsibility for your work.

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and loyalty principles and the end-to-end process for campaign creation
  • 5+ years CRM experience, with demonstrated success in a strategic email marketing role, preferably for an e-commerce business or other startups
  • Experience building emails and automation using a customer engagement platform, such as Braze
  • A track record of demonstrable results through testing and deploying effective campaigns across different channels
  • Knowledge of email design and a creative eye
  • Excellent working knowledge of scripting (HTML)
  • Experience implementing CRM for app
  • Technical skills to build email campaigns including understanding segments, triggers and logic building
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Experience using multiple channels (email, SMS, app) to communicate to the customer base with a focus on conversion and retention
  • Great attention to detail
  • Passionate about the health and wellbeing space
