Job Description

This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of the Tesco Mobile Slough and Welwyn garden city office.

As a CRM Exec, you will be involved in end-to-end campaigns and programmes of activity. The role will be involved in the delivery and execution of best-in-class multi-channel communications primarily in email and SMS to achieve business outcomes

Bringing your CRM expertise, you will be required to :

  • Be customer-centric
  • Be data-driven and use customer insight to develop, execute and deliver campaigns
  • Build test and learn strategies through developing and testing new features/creative or content/offers selection to ensure programmes are optimised in terms of performance and results
  • Work with the Insight & Analytics teams and agencies to understand and optimise campaigns to improve performance
  • Optimise existing journeys, develop new campaigns, and drive its implementation making sure it is continuously maintained and improved
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the most effective, integrated communications
  • Embody an Agile mindset and culture to contribute to the growth of our business

Who we are Tesco Mobile is a totally unique business, a 50/50 joint venture between VMO2 and Tesco that launched back in 2003 and has gone from strength to strength as we’ve launched into new services, markets and customer propositions.

The must haves

  • Knowledge of CRM principles, strategies and best practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling email content that resonates with the target audience
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns simultaneously and at pace
  • Data-driven and can interpret data to derive actionable insight and define customer segments
