Job Description
This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of the Tesco Mobile Slough and Welwyn garden city office.
As a CRM Campaign Executive, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns. This hands-on role involves managing end-to-end activities for impactful campaigns, primarily in email and SMS, using data insights to enhance the customer experience and deliver against key business objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end CRM campaign management: Involved in scoping, briefing, content creation, and execution of agreed CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with quarterly plans and collaboration across teams such as commercial, CX and brand functions.
Leverage insights to help shape campaigns and delivering targeted and impactful communications.
- CRM campaign prioritisation: Help to plan and prioritise campaigns working collaboratively with various business functions to best drive business outcomes.
- Customer Journey Development: Contribute to customer journey mapping by helping to identify opportunities to develop and implement best-in-class, customer-centric communications throughout the customer’s lifecycle. Use data insights to actively optimise existing journeys, implement new campaigns, and ensure continuous improvement to drive incremental business benefit.
- Test and learn plans: Help to build and implement test and learn plans by experimenting with creative content, offers and features to optimise campaign performance and results. Report findings to stakeholders to ensure a structured, results-focused approach to continuous improvement.
- Data and capability: Understand and utilise existing capabilities and data to drive accurate customer segmentation and targeting and contribute to future developments to improve efficiency and relevancy.
- Agency and Stakeholder Management: Embrace an agile mindset to support collaboration and growth, build strong working relationships with key media/creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure integrated communications and seamless campaign delivery.

The must haves
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or relevant qualifications.
- Practical experience in CRM campaigns, with knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
- Effective project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns simultaneously and at pace.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Exposure to telco/subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with Telco and/or subscription-based business models.
- Experience with paid search & paid social campaigns.
