Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced B2B CRM Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement strategies. In this role, you will directly support the generation and conversion of high-quality leads, while creating and optimising onboarding journeys and fostering deep engagement with our platform. By collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, you will ensure that our customers not only have a seamless experience from the first touchpoint but also remain actively engaged, contributing to the overall revenue objectives of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding & Engagement:

    • Develop and execute audience-specific onboarding and engagement journeys for Customer Champions, HR Managers, and Learner Managers.

    • Drive product adoption and ongoing engagement.

    • Monitor customer satisfaction during the onboarding process and beyond, working to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

    • Implement engagement strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Lead Generation:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

    • Develop strategies to identify and target potential business customers, utilising CRM tools and insights to drive lead generation efforts.

  • Lead Conversion:

    • Provide CRM insights to Account Executives (AEs) to enable them in their sales efforts, including automation, customisation for key accounts, and supporting the sales process.

    • Track and report on lead conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.

About you:

  • Experience:

    • 4-5 years of experience in B2B CRM, customer acquisition, or related roles, preferably in a subscription-based business or SaaS model.

    • Proven experience in customer lead conversion, onboarding and engagement.

    • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and experience working with different audience segments.

    • Analytical mindset, with proven experimentation experience, deriving insights from data to drive decisions.

    • Technical proficiency, with the ability to configure, customise, and optimise CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with basic coding or scripting (e.g., HTML, CSS, SQL) is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

    • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow, and take on new challenges within a fast-paced environment.

    • Collaborative and supportive, values teamwork and contributes to a positive, inclusive work environment.

This role will follow a hybrid work model and candidates will be expected to commute to Multiverse’s London office 2 days a week.
