Boomi is looking for an experienced marketing operations expert, playing a key role on the global Marketing Operations team. This person will operate as one of the main points of contact for team members of the marketing, sales, Revenue Operations and Salesforce Operations - developing innovative solutions that support the growth of the company.

This person will have a strong understanding of core marketing technologies, with Marketo and Salesforce preferred and certifications being a plus. Equivalent technology proficiency will be considered. Other technologies that are used include Boomi, Bizible, Asana, Leadspace, LeanData, Salesloft, Bombora and Drift.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and create sustainable, efficient and holistic automation processes, including optimization of existing processes - ultimately supporting broader data governance and management across the organization

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and implementation needs

  • Be passionate about data cleanliness and developing automated solutions to accommodate data requirements

  • Prepare documentation and/or training for both technical and non-technical users for self-service use

  • Support the deployment and maintenance of integrations for marketing systems

  • Ability to create, manage and communicate project timelines within the project management system (Asana)

The Experience you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with a leading marketing automation platform, CRM and modern MarTech tools, preferably with Marketo and Salesforce.com

  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes and modern demand generation

  • Ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with data management - field management, standardization and enrichment - and knowledge of how overall data management affects the core analytics structure and sales processes

  • Working knowledge of attribution analysis methodologies

  • Basic understanding of APIs

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Denver, CO, ranges between $110,000 - 140,000 annually + applicable bonus.
