Job Description

Why this job matters

The Talent Acquisition Advisor 3 supports the talent acquisition team and the candidate throughout aspects of the recruitment process.

What you’ll be doing

1. Delivers search engine optimisation efforts, including technical search engine optimisation, content strategy, on-site search engine optimisation, link building and user experience.
2. Collaborates across marketing, product, media, and engineering to build, develop and execute a scalable search engine optimisation strategy
3. Conducts recurrent in-depth search engine optimisation website audits, directs and implements search engine optimisation recommendations to include page structure, code, title tags, meta data, keywords, image labels and link research, and troubleshoots critical issues
4. Supports testing methods in design, layout and copy to proactively increase exposure and improved positioning
5. Supports search engine optimisation KPIs and opportunities, quantifies performance and monitors competitors/peers implementing a multi factorial strategy
6. Produce competitor and keyword analysis, suggest edits to current pages
