Objectives of the Role

  • Promote diversity and inclusion by ensuring teams are built with qualified individuals from varied backgrounds.

  • Align recruitment efforts with long-term workforce planning and organizational goals.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Design and implement a seamless, end-to-end hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to set clear expectations and ensure consistent hiring practices.

  • Perform passive sourcing for logisticians candidates in the country’s recruitment landscape and to have a existing talent pool for quick turnaround of roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective candidate profiles.

  • Source top talent through online platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards.

  • Screen and shortlist qualified candidates by reviewing CVs, portfolios, and references.

  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance brand visibility and talent engagement.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment activities, including interview notes and documentation, for stakeholder reporting and compliance in ATS

  • Ensure that the Hiring Managers are equipped with the knowledge to perform hiring related activities in WD

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging meeting times, sending calendar invites, and preparing interview materials.

  • Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Prepare and extend job offer letters to selected candidates, including details on salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Conduct reference and background checks on candidates as required, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR function. Experience recruiting in the logistics or e-commerce industry will be a definite advantage

  • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, with familiarity in a range of interview techniques and assessment tools.

  • Proficient in social media recruiting, CV databases, and professional sourcing platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive talent sourcing.

  • Skilled in documenting recruitment processes and staying current with industry trends.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
