What you’ll be doing

In this role you’ll be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You’ll report to the Head of Office and will be responsible for providing office management services to the Bermuda office, including maintaining office services, promoting efficiency, and maintaining office records. This role will require you to take initiative, manage a dynamic workload and facilitate change as Brit Re increases it’s presence in the Bermuda Market.

As the Personal Assistant to the Head of Office, you’ll be managing their diary; ensuring correct time allocations are scheduled accordingly whilst being commercially aware of priority meetings which take precedence. On top of this, you’ll be co-ordinating the business’ and private diaries to ensure there are no clashes and if there are, to re-arrange and prioritise appointments accordingly.
