Join us as a Office Coordinator!We are looking for a capable and well-organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. Your main goal will be to effectively oversee the material resources in your designated area of responsibility. This involves organizing events, managing budgets and billing in line with established procedures, ensuring the work center is well-maintained, and being vital support to the management team. We know how to brew coffee ourselves and this is not in your scope. We are looking for a team player to support us on the way to success with diverse tasks and going the extra mile.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • Native written and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian;
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Great English language skills (at least B2 level);
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, actively shares information and seeks input from others;
  • Strong focus on addressing needs, finding solutions and out of the box thinking;
  • Proactive and creative team player, values organizational solutions, and proposes actions for quality enhancement and desired outcomes;
  • Effective planner and organizer, proficient in managing processes, resources, and implementing monitoring systems for quality and efficiency.
