Job Description

Your Mission

As a demand generation manager at Attractions.io, your mission is to drive brand awareness and inbound pipeline generation within our target regions and ideal customer profiles. You will be responsible for developing and executing content-led brand awareness strategies that span owned content (blog, social, and web), thought leadership, PR, and virtual events. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, willingness to experiment, tactical content execution, and analytics capabilities to drive success.

Your success will be measured by KPIs focused on brand awareness and inbound MQL generation, so you should feel comfortable owning and reporting on those metrics. You will continuously adapt and refine your awareness strategies in response to industry changes, organisational goals, and consumer buying behaviours.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in devising and executing educational content strategies that enhance market presence. They will have 6+ years of past experience in content creation or demand generation and will bring journalistic rigour to the role, developing unique, authentic insights that educate our ICP.

It's important that you are biased toward action, highly organised, open to experimentation and deeply curious. In other words, you thrive in an action-oriented and results-driven environment.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Build a compelling brand awareness strategy that aligns with our messaging framework to engage ICPs at the initial stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Lead content planning, design, and development across various formats, such as research papers, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Take a journalistic approach and collaborate with subject matter experts, external partners and stakeholders to develop rich insights that support your campaigns and offer our target personas a unique point of view.
  • Own content and demand generation metrics. You’ll focus on engaging our ICPs and getting them into our marketing pipeline, as well as metrics that influence entry.
  • Go-to-market team collaboration. You'll regularly work with sales, marketing, and customer success and should be confident collaborating on cross-functional projects and with freelancers/agencies.
  • Analyse and optimise your strategy.
  • Lead a foundational content team. You will work closely with our content specialist to develop their marketing fundamentals and writing skills.

Requirements

We are looking for people who have:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or content marketing, with a solid track record of increasing brand awareness, inbound MQLs and the confidence to own your KPIs.
  • A recognised qualification in marketing, journalism, English, communications or another related field.
  • A love of the written word. You’ll be writing research papers, video scripts, webinar content and more, so confidence in your writing skills and the ability to capture our tone of voice is a must.
  • Experience measuring and analysing the effectiveness of content campaigns and making strategic recommendations for improvements based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Editing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free, clear, and aligned with the company's tone and style guidelines.
  • Led teams on projects, including being able to delegate tasks, manage external resources, provide support, and ensure that all team members are working towards the same goals.
  • A curiosity for technology: you are open to exploring how new technologies, like AI, can enhance and optimise your work.
  • A portfolio of past work ready for submission at interview.

We know that imposter syndrome can prevent us from meeting incredible candidates, so even if you don’t tick every box in our listing, please don’t hesitate to apply—we want to hear from you.
